Altınay Robot Technologies commissioned the first phase of the two-phase project developed for the automotive industry. When the project is completed, it will be the most technological production line in its class.

The solution offered to the automotive industry leader consists of two steps. The first step of the project, the welding line installation has been commissioned recently.

 

In the first stage, the robotic automatic welding process for the internal skeleton welding of covers produced in different sizes will be completed, while the bonding process will be completed in the second stage.

The solution developed and optimized by Altınay, with linear and rotary servo axes, against infinite diversity (different timing coefficient/simultaneous coefficient) reveals the power of engineering.

The bonding process, the second phase of the project, will be the most technological production line in its class for factories producing in this class. The project is planned to be established at the customer site in the near future.
